Laptops ‘n’ More only sells 100% authentic and original products. We make all efforts necessary to buy direct from manufacturers. So look out for our QC “ok” Sticker on the box or product, which means it is original and verified and tested.
If you have a product sold by us directly to you with a quoted serial number and invoice and it turns out to be fake, We will refund your cash 100%.
The only Used items we carry are Laptops and Tablets. We do not sell locally purchased or locally used items. We explicitly never sell repaired or refurbished items. We mostly import our tablets and Laptops from USA, UAE, UK or Australia. We do not import in container loads or buy in lots. Our units are handpicked from direct manufacturers or Stores abroad, these units are mostly either demo pieces off their shelf or ex stock which has not been sold. However sometimes if our clients need something urgently, we buy from local importers after vigorously verifying the item and making sure it is tested to ok and not locally used. Believe us when we say even our Used items are just like Brand New.
- We only provide warranties that have been given by manufacturers / if an item from the manufacturer is not with warranty then only a checking warranty is provided.
- No warranties are entertained after the stated time of coverage and type of coverage mentioned on the invoice.
- Accidental damage or burnt items/ including liquid spilling is not covered in any sort of warranty what so ever.
- A spot or line developing in a led/lcd unit or display of a device is not covered in any warranty, please ensure you check the device while buying it. A dead display is also not covered in warranty.
- Electrical surge and damage caused there in is not covered in warranty
- Most Items sold are pre-Checked at multiple points to ensure they work. However if a problem develops in the stated time of warranty, we will entertain that and fix the issue. It can take up to 5 working days to determine if the claim is qualified or not.
- Used items mostly come with 3 to 7 days checking warranty, unless stated otherwise.
- International warranties are to be covered by the respected manufacturer at their local or centers abroad even though sold by us.
- If a warranty qualifies with us then a period of 2 to 6 weeks can pass before it is resolved.
- No warranties shall be entertained without an invoice and undamaged original packaging.
- Since we value our customers we understand that it can be a hassle fixing issues if an item is not covered in warranty and can be frustrating, so we ensure you that we will assist you as much as possible with resources and support to get the issue resolved.
- We advise you make a small video while unpacking and unboxing the product received by you to ensure there was no damage in shipping. Although that is covered by the courier service unless it’s a direct delivery by our representative.
- We reserve the right to refuse a warranty claim if our technicians determine foul play of any sort, including tampering and mishandling or misuse of the product.
- No software support or software product is covered in warranty. Also we are not liable for any data loss occurring due to software or hardware issues. It is best you always backup your data externally or on cloud based services.
Refunds / Exchanges:
We do not refund or exchange items once sold. However within a period of 72 hours there is a buy back policy, given the product has not been tampered with and is in original state and is not damaged, including all its packing material (if any). The deduction of 25% will apply on the invoice value. However we do not encourage this at all. We also have a complete right to refuse to buy back or refund / exchange any good or item sold.
Shipping & Deliveries
Cash on delivery is available in Lahore. We ship and deliver all across Pakistan via well reputed courier services at the buyers risk and expense.
Typically delivery time is between 4 to 8 working days across Pakistan exception of force majeure (events beyond our control) is in place though.
Pricing Policy :
We try our best to reduce our margins as much as possible to stay competitive and bring you products at the best price possible.
Brand new Items: pricing for new items is not negotiable and is often driven by the market standards, hence not negotiable.
Used Items: Used items pricing is determined based on 2 major points. Product specs and condition. We only deal in A+ condition items, unless stated. Hence our products are like brand new. You may find a similar item in a lesser price but it won’t have the same condition and won’t be a tested and certified product ensuring it’s not repaired etc. However since these are used items you can make an offer and we are open to a slight negotiation unless the item is already discounted or on sale.
